How to have your data deleted from Lisra.Ai.

Lisra.Ai is operated by FiKHSONS LLC (d/b/a Lisra.Ai), a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). This page explains how to have your data deleted. You do not need an account, and you do not need to sign in, to make a request.

1. If your business uses Lisra.Ai

Sign in at app.lisra.ai and open Settings, then Data & Privacy.

  • Download my data gives you a copy of your workspace first, as a file.
  • Delete this workspace permanently deletes the workspace and everything in it: contacts, conversations, orders, files and settings. Only the workspace owner or an admin can do this, and it cannot be undone.
  • To close your own sign-in as well, email us at support@lisraai.com from the address you sign in with.

2. If you wrote to a business that uses Lisra.Ai

When you chat with a business on its website, on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram, or call or email it, and that business uses Lisra.Ai, we store your messages on the business's behalf. You can ask the business directly, or email us at support@lisraai.com with the subject Data deletion request and:

  • the name of the business you contacted;
  • the channel you used (for example Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, website chat, phone or email);
  • the name, username, phone number or email address you wrote from.

We reply to confirm we have your request, delete your messages, your contact record and anything linked to them from that business's workspace, tell the business, and email you when it is done. We complete a request within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you before we delete anything.

3. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp

A business can connect its Facebook Page, its Instagram account or its WhatsApp number to Lisra.Ai by signing in with Facebook, so that Lisra.Ai can answer the messages people send to it. Messages you sent to such a Page or number are deleted on request, as in section 2.

If you connected a Page, an Instagram account or a WhatsApp number to Lisra.Ai yourself, you can remove that connection at any time: disconnect it in Lisra.Ai, or remove Lisra.Ai from your Facebook settings (Settings and privacy, then Business integrations), or ask Facebook to delete your data from Lisra.Ai. Lisra.Ai then erases the access tokens of every connection you made, stops receiving its messages, and gives Facebook a confirmation code; the link Facebook shows you with that code tells you when it was done.

4. What may be kept

Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payment records, are kept for the period the law requires and then deleted. Encrypted backups are replaced on a rolling basis, so deleted data is gone from them within 90 days.
